The Bushbuck Rock Valley Reserve in the area of Vaalwater and Ellisras or Lephalale is a magnet for nature lovers and is in a malaria free area.  The magnificent lodge is found deep in the African bush and overlooks the Tamboti River gorge.

The lodge is made up of different accommodation options and there is the option to self cater or to go for a partial self catering option too. They also offer a wonderful bush camp which is made up of dome tents complete with beds and bedding.

Everything is eco friendly; from the toilets to the hot water showers and braai and kitchen areas. Guests loving getting up real close with nature and appreciate that in keeping with this, there is no electricity at the bush camp. The camp is self catering and guests need to bring their own food and drinks. Having said that, while the lodge is primarily based on self catering, they can provide bed and breakfast and evening meals.
