Lying peacefully along the Sundays River, this town, established in 1786, is one of South Africa’s oldest towns and anyone interested in old architecture will love the interesting old architecture and some of the history attached to it. The town is famous for is majestic 1886 Dutch Reformed Church and has many provincial heritage sites in it as well.
