Who doesn’t love an owl? They’re wise, mysterious, excellent hunters and endlessly fascinating. It’s why I personally like to stay at bushveld places with the name ‘owl’ in it. It hints at the love of owl and the possibility of spotting one or two. The Owl Spot Lodge is found just 45km north of Pretoria in the Dinokeng Game Reserve where you can enjoy all the wonderful sounds of the bushveld. The chalets all have lovely, stylish interiors.
